It is one of the few very excellent locations for logistics operations in Australia with access to two of states largest distribution markets; Newcastle and Sydney. In addition, the Central Coast is halfway between Brisbane and Melbourne making them within the legal driving distance in a day.
Simultaneously, the Central Coast in particular Gosford City is experiencing unprecedented investment boom as developers and businesses are looking to relocate to take advantage of what the region has to offer. The NSW Government is also spending over a billion dollars on infrastructure projects in the region – projects which require the transport and warehousing industries.
Employment numbers in the Transport, Postal and Warehousing have remained at 3.8% within the Central Coast Council area between 2011 and 2017.
The Warnervale and Berkeley Vale Business Parks are strategically located near the M1 Motorway as well as railway lines and is home to a number of logistics companies, including Coastal Transport Services
