Over the past year we have taken on the assistance of trainees and an apprentice through Central Coast Group Training. These additions to the Coastal family have contributed massively to the culture of a friendly and collaborative environment which values inclusivity and above all outstanding customer service.
Over this past year our trainees have received high praise from our customers and staff alike for their skills and ability to think reflexively and with initiative.
As of May 2019 our trainees were trainees no more and became the newest official members of the tribe. Since then they have worked incredibly hard within their roles in the organisation and have continued to gain the respect of customers and staff alike, continuing to receive high praise from clients on their dedication to customer service.
This August we received notice that Coastal Transport’s Caitlin and Tameka have been nominated for ‘Excellence in RTO Training’ in recognition of their outstanding achievements. There was a large number of nominations this year and we are very proud to announce that two of the finalists are our very own.
Additionally, our very own accountant Damien has been nominated for Supervisor of the Year. We cannot be prouder of our entire teams nomination and all the hard work that Damien has put into training and team development.
Last but certainly not least Coastal Transport Services has been nominated for the ‘Large Host Employer of the Year’ for the 2019 Central Coast Group Training Annual Excellence Awards. We cannot put into words how proud we are of the entire Coastal team and their dedication to excellence in customer service and team development. Coastal’s employees have put in the hard yards establishing a culture that makes people want to come to work everyday and work towards a better company.
The Central Coast Group Training’s awards night will be held on November the 1st.
